WHELDRAKE SURGERY
The Wheldrake Surgery will be CLOSED for all routine appointments until further notice.
We had made alternative arrangements for the collection of prescriptions by using the Church in Wheldrake. However due to the Church being too cold!, we are moving our collection of prescriptions back to the Wheldrake surgery.and we will be there on a Friday between 2.00pm - 4.00pm. Alternatively please arrange for any medication to be collected from the dispensary at Elvington. The Wheldrake surgery will reamin closed at all other times during the COVID 19 pandemic.
If you are unable to collect your medication yourself, please arrange for family, friends or neighbours to do so.
ELVINGTON SURGERY
The Dispensary remains open for collection of medication. Please continue to order your medication as normal but if you have a FEVER, NEW PERSISTENT COUGH or the LOSS OF or CHANGE IN your NORMAL SENSE OF TASTE OR SMELL, DO NOT ATTEND THE SURGERY and make alternative arrangements for collection. The Dispensary is very busy at the moment due to a high volume of prescriptions being ordered and therefore temporarily prescriptions will not be ready to pick up until FIVE working days. We would ask for you understanding and patience at this present time.
When you contact the surgery, you will be asked by a member of the reception team for your mobile number and consent to opt in to a text messaging service provided by the surgery for future communications.
PLEASE ONLY ATTEND THE SURGERY IF ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY - Please contact the surgery by telephone for ALL enquiries and appointments.
