FLU/COVID VACCINATIONS

NOTICE FOR PATIENTS 

We will be offering both the Flu vaccine and Covid vaccine boosters to eligible patients at just one visit at the Elvington Medical Practice surgery.

* Over 65’s clinic is Saturday 17th September *

* 18 -64’s clinics will be throughout the following week (w/c 19th September) *
Eligibility applies as follows:

You are pregnant OR have one of the following long term conditions:  A heart problem; a chest complaint or breathing difficulties; Emphysema or severe asthma; a kidney disease or have lowered immunity due to disease or treatment.

** Get double vaccinated in time for Winter at Elvington Medical Practice where we’ll be offering both vaccines **
