We endeavour to process and have ready every prescription within 5 working days of receipt. 

We do not however carry every item in stock, as some have short shelf lives or are less commonly required. On these occasions we need to order them in from our suppliers. We receive several deliveries a day to ensure priority items are available for you but sometimes this can incur a short delay.
