Ordering repeat prescriptions

If you  take medication regularly, you will usually have a repeat prescription.  This means that you can order your medication without having to see a GP every time.  Our GP's do periodically review repeat medications, and therefore may request that you attend an appointment to ensure that all prescribing is safely monitored. It is important to request the prescription a minimum of 5 working days before you need your medication.

Order in person

Please drop your prescription request into the collection box inside the entrance lobby at Elvington Medical Practice or through the letterbox if the Practice is closed.  Prescription requests cannot be taken verbally at the front desk.

Our doctors periodically review repeat medications, and may request that you attend an appointment to ensure that all prescribing is safely monitored.

Please note that children under 16 cannot collect prescriptions.
