Book an appointment
There are three ways to book an appointment at the Practice; online, by phone or in person at any of our two sites. The quickest and easiest ways to book are online or by phone. If you would like to use the on-line facility then you will need to register by visiting the practice in person with 2 forms of ID so the receptionist can grant you access.
Every day we have an Urgent care GP who has allocated availability to deal with urgent needs, and will speak to patients over the phone to help determine what type of care they need. Please call the Practice and speak to a receptionist who will add you to the Urgent care GP's list.
If you are experiencing vomiting or diarrhoea please call 111 or ask to speak with a doctor at the surgery over the phone. Many illnesses with these symptoms are highly contagious and you may risk affecting others by coming to the surgery.
For non-urgent appointments please call after 11am, as before this time our phones are very busy and you may have a longer wait for your call to be answered.
Please note that if you speak with a receptionist to book an appointment they may need to ask you some questions. These questions are needed to ensure you see the right person at the right time. Please do not get offended if you are asked questions that seem personal, and everything you tell us will be kept confidential.
