It is important that you let us know if you are unable to make your appointment, so we can give it to someone else and it isn't wasted..

To cancel your appointment:

• Use your NHS App
• Use our online Accurx request form
• Phone us on 01904 608224
• If you are late for an appointment you may be asked to re-book.
