Unfortunately we are experiencing delays in dispensing patients prescriptions at the moment due to staff shortages and also  difficulties in getting hold of certain products from our suppliers due to national shortages.  Turnaround for repeat prescriptions at the moment is 5 working days. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and ask for your understanding at this time. We will endeavour to catch up as soon as we can and if any prescriptions become overdue and urgent  we can prioritise these on request.
